Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The child must meet the minimum required age for the course on the start date, and must also not exceed the maximum allowed age. However, it is possible to enroll in the course throughout the year if there is available capacity, meaning immediately after reaching the required age. If this condition is not met or incorrect registration details are provided, we reserve the right to cancel the child’s participation in the course. This condition is established based on our experience and to ensure maximum training benefits for all participating children, so we thank you for your understanding and compliance.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a spot in advance; registration is only available after the official opening.

Due to the limited capacity of the course, participation in the training is only possible after prior registration (via the registration form on our website), which also includes payment. However, we guarantee a refund if you decide not to continue after the first lesson for any reason. This initial lesson serves as a trial and parents are allowed to be present during it.

Yes, most health insurance companies contribute a certain amount towards children's physical activities, including our program. You can apply for the contribution retroactively after submitting the payment receipt, which we automatically send you as an attachment in the confirmation email once the course fee is paid. It is important to keep track of the application deadline, as the receipt is valid only for a limited time from the payment date and must be issued within the same calendar year as the period for which the contribution is being claimed. For specific conditions, you should check with your health insurance company.

For proper accounting records, the payment must be made through the payment gateway, and it is not possible to send the payment via bank transfer to our account. If you are having trouble making the payment through the payment gateway, try using a different web browser, computer, or mobile phone. Alternatively, you can try using a different payment card.

Please check your email inbox, including the folders for bulk mail or spam, as our emails sometimes end up there by mistake. If you still can't find the confirmation, please write to us at info@gymnathlon.co.uk, and we will send you a new one.

The condition for a 100% refund of the course fee is submitting a request within three days after the first lesson following your enrollment in the course. In other cases (if the request is submitted later), the cancellation will proceed according to the applicable cancellation policy.

Please fill out the form at www.gymnathlon.co.uk/request. If you meet the conditions for a refund, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which the course fee was paid. The refund amount depends on the number of lessons that have taken place since the child's enrollment in the course, regardless of whether they attended those lessons.

If the child is absent due to a common seasonal illness, such as viruses, sore throat, etc., we do not provide financial compensation. For longer-term absences due to more serious illness, injury, surgery, etc., we evaluate each case individually based on a request sent to info@gymnathlon.co.uk, and in such cases, compensation may be possible.

Unfortunately, we do not offer make-up lessons for missed classes due to organizational reasons.

Yes, it is possible if there is available capacity in your preferred course. If you wish to make a change, please contact our customer service.

All courses have 32 lessons and are divided into the first and second semesters, each with 16 lessons. The duration of the course depends on public holidays, vacations, and any other days off announced by the school—training does not take place on these days, and the course duration is extended accordingly to maintain the total of 32 lessons. All courses begin in September and, considering the above, end in May or June.

Both semesters consist of 16 lessons and follow one another without a break. The start of the second semester is determined by the end of the first semester, which length depends on the number of days when training does not take place (see the previous question).

No special clothing or equipment is required for training. Comfortable sportswear, sturdy sports shoes suitable for the gym, and a water bottle are all that is needed.

In the interest of maximizing the children's concentration during training, we do not allow parents to be present (except for the Baby program, where parental presence is required). Parents are only permitted on the first lesson of the course, which serves as a trial lesson, and in special cases, by prior arrangement with the trainer. If you are joining the course during its duration or in the second semester, the possibility of attending your introductory lesson depends on the rules and policies of the specific school/sports facility, so please confirm this with your trainer in advance if you're interested.

Yes, if your child attends the school where the course is held. In that case, the trainer will pick up the children from after-school care before the training and either return them to after-school care afterward or hand them directly to the parents. It all depends on the arrangement with the specific school.

For organizational matters related to the training, please contact your trainer directly.
