Sports programme for children aged 8–11 years
A conditioning-based programme focused on developing physical abilities and encouraging healthy, regular movement habits.
A final-stage sports course for children aged 8–11, designed to support fitness and regular movement habits in a fun, relaxed and pressure-free way. The programme uses playful, experience-led conditioning and is also suitable as a complement to training in other sports.
Sessions are led by two qualified coaches and include a varied mix of movement games, technical exercises and age-appropriate circuit activities. These sessions focus on developing seven key physical abilities, while keeping enjoyment and motivation at the heart of every session. The session plan is tailored to children’s age and fitness level and has been developed in collaboration with experts from the Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, ensuring safe, effective and well-structured content.
Throughout the course, children track their progress through playful game plans, collecting motivational stickers along the way. They can also look forward to visits from our popular mascot, Max the Monkey, who adds extra fun and excitement.
Our approach
Gymnathlon is a multi-sport programme designed to support children’s all-round physical development. Through fun, play-based and carefully structured sessions, we help children build age-appropriate skills while developing a genuine love of movement.
