What do our trainers say about Gymnathlon?

Kristina Pourová
"The most important thing for me as a Gymnathlon coach is seeing the children look forward to each session and enjoy sports with us as their coaches. It’s also wonderful to watch their progress—not just in performance, but socially—from the first session to the last. I consider it a personal success when children stay with me through multiple age categories over the years, and eventually, their younger siblings join as well."

Tereza Kněbortová
“What I love most about Gymnathlon is being part of a team that shares a common goal: bringing joy to children through sports and teaching values like fair play. Every training session is a new experience for both the kids and the coaches. I love seeing how the kids improve, build friendships, and develop a positive relationship with sports during their time with Gymnathlon.”

Lukáš Mařík
"I decided to coach young children because their pure energy and enthusiasm for every activity bring me joy and fulfillment. Watching their progress and seeing them grow not just physically but also as individuals gives me immense purpose. Every smile, every moment of excitement, and every desire to improve is a huge motivation for me. It’s a privilege to be part of their journey, supporting them as they build skills and confidence. It also makes me happy to know that I’m passing on not only knowledge but also values they’ll carry forward in life."

Michael Macek
"Coaching at Gymnathlon has given me a wealth of diverse experiences. Working with children can sometimes be challenging, but thanks to the well-prepared methodology, system, and support, I can prepare for sessions to deliver the best possible experience for the kids. On a personal level, it’s deeply fulfilling to bring joy to children through sports and to nurture the potential of a future little Olympian. These aspects and more have helped me grow as a coach and advance my personal development."
